# Noah Mitchem

> Noah Mitchem, applied-AI engineer in Miami, Florida. The masthead line is "I build it, and I sell it".

At 14, Lua and a Roblox game: two million plays, five years live. By high school I was consulting for Truly Good Foods. At Georgia Tech I built the baseball team's analytics group from nothing, and took a startup job at 19 turning motion capture into pitching metrics. At IBM, forward-deployed into Fortune 500 engagements, and the first LLM systems several of those companies ever put in production. At Hextronics, a 25-person drone company, I was the whole solutions, ops, and sales function. Some weeks that meant fixing the hardware an hour before the demo. At Real Hire, CTO: I rebuilt what an offshore agency had left in pieces, ran a team of five, and built for AI agents months before that was anyone's job. At Mesa, an AI startup in San Francisco, I shipped the Python SDK, an AI code reviewer, and the MCP and OAuth surface. Four marathons and an Ironman away from the desk. What I care about now is agent-facing infrastructure: making a product genuinely usable by an agent, then making the case to the people who decide whether to buy it.

Every place I've worked, in order, with the photos. [The story so far](https://noahmitchem.com/story.md)
